Philosophy
I provide counselling and psychotherapy advice for individuals and couples who have a specific concern or who just want a space to be able to reflect without judgement. I am passionate about providing a warm, supportive and professional service targeted at improving psychological, sexual and emotional well-being. Communication is central to the work I do.
Expertise
I am a trained and experienced psychotherapist, relationship counsellor who is based in Bolton. In addition, I now specialise in psychosexual and relationship issues. My background is in education, with clinical experience in counselling and psychotherapy since 2016. I have a Masters in psychotherapy and am certified to work psychosexually. I continue to undertake professional development.
Approach
I work integratively which means I apply different theoretical frameworks according to each client's individual needs. We work together to identify goals and develop a personalised treatment plan that uses different techniques including mindfulness and solution-focused therapy. I always keep the client central to the process.
